Last year, Nubiyan Twist lifted the roof at Cosmopolite with their energetic blend of jazz, soul and global rhythms. Now they’re back – this time with NT Soundsystem.

In this stripped-back three-piece format, they bring the entire new album Find Your Flame into a more rhythm-driven, club-oriented setting. The core remains the same: strong songwriting, warm brass arrangements, groove-based jazz and soulful vocals – but with deeper low-end weight and more space for improvisation and pulse.

Nubiyan Twist have established themselves as one of the most vital voices on the UK jazz scene, where the freedom of jazz meets the melodic power of soul and rhythms rooted in the diaspora. Soundsystem culture has always been part of their DNA – and here it takes a more central role, without losing the band’s musical signature.
